The jury's validation procedure is dematerialised via ADUM

* D-10 weeks :

The doctoral student declares his/her defence on his/her ADUM account.

* D-8 weeks : 

The manuscript is submitted on ADUM and sent to the rapporteurs. 

* D-4 weeks:

The referees submit their reports

* After the defence, before 3 months :

The doctoral student deposits the final version of the dissertation on his/her ADUM account.
