Rules of procedures

The purpose of the rules of procedure is to describe the practical methods for implementing the legal provisions and to specify the policy of the Doctoral School in the following areas:

• governance of the Doctoral School (ED)
• admissions
• inscriptions
• the training and follow-up of doctoral students
• the international policy of the ED
• the process leading to the defense
• possible mediations
• as well as the functioning of the HDR Committee

These rules of procedure constitute the operational reference document for users of the ED: doctoral students, laboratory management teams, and thesis management teams.
