Pedagogical registration for 1st year of thesis
 

# Your application file has been validated by the Dotoral School (ED),

# You and your supervisors met the director of the ED for an educational interview,

>>> You can start your administrative procedures by creating your ADUM account
1. Log in to your ADUM account
2. Prepare the Training Agreement ("Convention de formation") with the help of your thesis supervisors, by filling in your profile.
3. Make an appointment with the ED administrator and provide the following documents:
      - Thesis charter (Charte des thèses) completed and signed by your supervisors and the lab director
      - Training agreement (Convention de formation) completed and signed by your supervisors and the director of the lab
      - Proof of funding (employment contract, scholarship certificate - Campus France, etc.) unless your funding is a Doctoral Contract of the ED

>>> You will then be able to validate your administrative registration with the doctoral college's schooling (scolarité du Collège doctoral)
