You must first hold your Thesis Monitoring Committee (CSI) meeting and upload the document to your ADUM account. You will then be able to upload your thesis progress report (RST) there starting June 1, 2026.
2: Signatures on the RST:
The RST must be fully completed in all sections with your thesis advisor. It must be signed by your supervisory team, the laboratory director, and yourself before the follow-up interview.
3: The Follow-Up Interview:
This confidential interview with the doctoral school administration provides an opportunity to review the progress of your thesis. Your RST in digital format (via a download link) and your CSI must be submitted when scheduling your appointment, which should be arranged based on your year of study:
Alexandra Gourlan (Deputy Director) for students entering their second year.
Ludovic Moreau (Deputy Director) for students entering their third year (theses that began in April proceed directly to the third year).
Alain Recking (Director of the Doctoral School) starting in the fourth year. For re-enrollment in the fifth year and beyond, his recommendation will allow your file to be submitted to the Exemptions and Waivers Committee (CD3), which meets once a month and makes the final decision. Check the dates here.
